In recent years, we've seen an unprecedented rise in the frequency and impact of chronic illnesses. From the persistent challenges of long Covid to the debilitating fatigue of Lyme disease, our world is increasingly touched by these long-term health conditions. Understanding this, our group provides a haven of support and empathy, led by Lynn Harris, AMFT, a therapist who not only brings her professional expertise but also her personal experience with chronic illness.
We meet virtually every Wednesday evening, offering a consistent and accessible platform for connection and support. This ensures that no matter where you are in California you can easily join and become part of our community.

Our group discussions include a range of chronic illnesses such as Lyme Disease, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Pain and various autoimmune disorders, to name a few. We recognize that living with these conditions affects every aspect of life, from daily energy levels to long-term plans, and our meetings provide a space to share these experiences.

We look deeply into the intersectionality between chronic illness and mental health. Issues like depression, anxiety, the unique challenges faced by highly sensitive people, and PTSD are often intertwined with physical health challenges. Our approach acknowledges this complex relationship, offering strategies and support for both the physical and mental aspects of chronic conditions.
