Tools and Resources to Support Your Healing Journey

When you are focused on healing emotional pain and trauma, often once-a-week therapy isn't enough. We highly encouraged our clients (and ourselves!) to explore supportive tools and approaches so that you can get the most out of therapy. Some of our favorites are listed below. 

 

Please note that for a couple of these (noted with *) we are an affiliate, which means we may receive a small amount of money when someone signs up. Our goal is not to simply build profit so we use these funds to help offset reduced rates for therapy in cases where people are struggling financially.

Brain Re-training to support healing the nervous system with the Gupta Program

 

This is a program build to help learn to re-regulate a dysregulated nervous system. It was designed for people who suffer from chronic illness and anxiety, and we believe that is also very helpful for people with chronic PTSD. It incudes elements of DBT, polyvagal theory, meditation and visualization.
