This job has a high degree of flexibility and will start part-time with the option to move to full-time if desired. You must be available to work some evening and weekend hours and you must not already have a private practice. Job Description:

  • Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups

  • Intake, assessment, treatment planning, termination/discharge responsibilities

  • Maintain timely and accurate records/scheduling using a practice software

  • Engage in collaborative coordination of care with clients and support staff as needed, including collateral communication with psychiatrists, etc.

  • Attend clinical staff meetings and work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team making decisions and recommendations regarding client care

  • Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession

  • Be flexible and receptive to change as we are an expanding and growing agency

  • Other duties as determined necessary

Administrative Assistant

 

This position involves customer-facing responsibilities as well as operational, back office responsibilities. We are looking for a fun, personable and highly qualified person to join our team. The job is not easy, but it is very rewarding!

The ideal candidate will be a self starter with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role and conversational knowledge of therapy and mental health care. This position is mostly remote but weekly visits to the office in Campbell will be required. Schedule is flexible.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Return calls, emails and texts and match potential clients with therapy services

  • Respond to online inquiries for therapy services

  • Run reports and track metrics

  • Add new clients and manage existing clients using online software

  • Answer basic questions about insurance (we will train you)

  • Other administrative tasks as required

  • Generally be awesome and helpful!

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least three years experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in an administrative support role

  • Experience working virtually

  • Experience working in the mental health industry preferred

 

Performance based increase in pay after 90 days.

Hours per week: 10-15 to start with room to grow into full time
